youtube-uragawa-admin（以下「本ツール」）は、自社で運営する YouTube チャンネルの運用に用いる社内専用ツールです。本ポリシーは、本ツールが Google の API を通じて取得する情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
youtube-uragawa-admin (the "Tool") is an internal-use tool for operating our own YouTube channel. This policy describes how the Tool handles information obtained through Google APIs.
1. 取得する情報 / Information we access
本ツールは、YouTube Data API および YouTube Analytics API を通じて、自社が運営するチャンネルの動画メタデータ（タイトル・説明・公開設定・字幕）と、再生数などの統計情報のみを取得・設定します。視聴者の個人情報、他のチャンネルの情報、Google アカウントのその他のデータは取得しません。
要求する権限（スコープ）は次のとおりです。
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl：自社チャンネルの動画情報（タイトル・説明・公開予約・字幕）の設定https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly：自社チャンネルの統計情報の読み取り
Through the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API, the Tool accesses only the video metadata (titles, descriptions, publishing settings, captions) and statistics (such as view counts) of our own channel. It does not collect personal information of viewers, information about other channels, or any other data in a Google account. Requested scopes: youtube.force-ssl (to configure video information of our own channel) and yt-analytics.readonly (to read statistics of our own channel).
2. 利用目的 / How we use the information
取得した情報は、自社チャンネルの運用（動画情報の設定、公開予約、字幕の登録、再生数などの計測と改善）のためにのみ利用します。広告、プロファイリング、販売、その他の目的には一切利用しません。
The information is used only to operate our own channel (configuring video information, scheduling publication, registering captions, and measuring and improving performance). It is never used for advertising, profiling, sale, or any other purpose.
3. 第三者への提供 / Sharing
取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売・移転することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合を除きます。
We do not share, sell, or transfer the information to any third party, except where required by law.
4. 保存場所と保存期間 / Storage and retention
認可情報（アクセス権を示すトークン）は、社内の端末のみに保存します。取得した統計情報は、社内の関係者だけが閲覧できる業務用のストレージ（非公開のソースコード管理サービス・社内の共有ドライブ）に保存し、チャンネルの運用に必要な期間に限って保持します。
Authorization tokens are stored only on internal company devices. Statistics obtained are stored in business storage accessible only to authorized internal personnel (a private source-code hosting service and an internal shared drive), and are retained only for as long as needed to operate the channel.
5. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーへの準拠 / Google API Services User Data Policy
本ツールによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に準拠します。
The Tool's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
本ツールは YouTube API サービスを利用しており、YouTube 利用規約および Google プライバシーポリシーに従います。
The Tool uses YouTube API Services and is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
6. アクセス権の取り消し / Revoking access
本ツールに付与したアクセス権は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティのアプリとサービス」（アカウント設定のセキュリティ内）からいつでも取り消せます。取り消した場合、本ツールは当該アカウントの情報へアクセスできなくなり、端末に保存した認可情報は削除します。
Access granted to the Tool can be revoked at any time from "Third-party apps & services" in your Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/connections). After revocation the Tool can no longer access the account's data, and the stored authorization tokens are deleted from the device.
7. 本ポリシーの変更 / Changes
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新します。
